Plank’s Farm Shop
Situated at the Old Potato Yard at Lydeway, just 4 miles south east of Devizes, Plank’s Farm Shop has a great reputation for offering a fantastic selection of local produce as well as delicious
gourmet treats.
Made On The Farm
Our large onsite kitchen is manned by a team of chefs who produce a wide range of seasonal ready meals, quiches, soups, pies, salads as well as freshly baked bread, biscuits, cakes and desserts using high quality ingredients from the shop.
Butchery
Our instore butchery counter is run by Penleigh Farm and is open Monday to Saturday offering pork and lamb bred on their own farm using traditional breeds.
We also offer free range chicken, beeffrom local farms and a selection of game in season.
Our team of friendly butchers make their own handmade sausages and will prepare any cut of meat that you need while you wait and have some great recipe suggestions if you are stuck for ideas!
Fruit and Vegetables
Situated as we are on a potato farm, fruit and veg remain close to our hearts. As well as selling Plank’s Potatoes which are grown on the farm we have daily deliveries of fresh fruit and veg, much of which is grown locally.
Delicious Gourmet Treats
Inside our shop you will find a wide selection of local cheese and dairy products; delicious ice cream from Marshfield Farm; jams, chutneys and preserves from Tracklements and the Bay Tree; a help yourself olive bar and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Plank’s Outside Catering
We also offer a catering service, so if you are planning a party we can help. We cater for anything from small drinks parties right up to seated dinners for 150 plus people. Give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Feeding people is what we do best at Plank’s Farm Shop so why not let us cater for your child’s next birthday party leaving you free to organise everything else?
We can provide all of the partyware including cups, plates, napkins, tablecloths as well as invites and party bags in a huge
range of themes for boys and girls of all ages. Choose from a wide selection of party food and just pick it all up on the day – what could be easier?
Plank’s Ordering Service
The list in this leaflet contains information about our most popular dishes which are available to order by phone or in person. All dishes are made in our large kitchen using the very best ingredients including free range eggs and our own local meat from the butchery. Please allow five days notice to be sure we have time to prepare you order. We do hold some dishes in our freezer if you need meals at short notice.
Simply place your order and we will make sure it is ready on your chosen collection day. We can even deliver locally! Ideal if you are entertaining, if you wish to stock up your freezer or are going away on a self catering holiday and don’t want the hassle of cooking.
